In Chapainawabganj Diabetic Association 2024-26 (triennial) elections, the current President & Zilla Parishad chairman & Brave Freedom Fighter Alhaj Ruhul Amin was re-elected unopposed as President and President of Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Joint Secretary of India-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IBCCI) & current General Secretary of Diabetic Association Abdul Wahed as General Secretary.

Advocate Golam Mostafa and Afsar Ali were elected as vice presidents, Abdul Hannan Hanu as joint secretary, agriculturist Kamrul Arefin Bulu were elected as treasurer.

Advocate Solaiman Bishu, Monowarul Islam Dalim, FKM Lutfar Rahman, Khairul Islam, Shamsul Haque, Samiul Haque Liton, Mainul Islam, Shukuruddin and Mesbahul Zaker were elected as members of the executive council. Institutional member Ehtesamul Haque Bablu and donor member Dr. Abul Hasan has been elected. Chapainawabganj Diabetic Hospital Director Dr. Durrul Hoda has been elected ex officio.

Election Commission Chairman Advocate Sheikh Shamsul Islam Tipu announced that all were elected unopposed as per Article 20 of the Constitution as there were no candidates against each post in the election.

Elections were supposed to be held on December 30 but as the elections were held uncontested, the elections will not be held on that date.
