L. A. Cheque has been distributed in favor of the affected owners of acquired land under the project titled “Upgrading Tekerhat – Gopalganj (Haridaspur) – Mollahat (Ghonapara) Regional Highway to Proper Standard and Width”.

The event, organized by the Gopalganj District Administration at 3:30 pm today (April 24) at the Deputy Commissioner’s conference room “Swachhta”, was presided over by the Deputy Director (Deputy Secretary) of the Local Government Department, Bishwajit Kumar Pal.

The LA check distribution event, hosted by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) of Gopalganj, was attended by Md. Azharul Islam, Executive Engineer of the Gopalganj Roads and Highways Department, Prabir Biswas, Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate of the Land Acquisition Branch and Revenue Branch of the District Administration, Ronti Poddar, Deputy Collector (NDC) of Nezarat, and other officials of the administration, the owner of the affected land, Santosh Talukder, and media personnel working in various electronic and print media in the district.

After the necessary documents were verified and sorted by the LA branch of the Gopalganj District Administration, the LA check was handed over to the owner of the affected land in the Jalirpar area of ​​Muksudpur, Santosh Talukder. The Deputy Director of the Local Government Department and other officials of the administration handed over a check of 11,25,558.33/ (Eleven lakh twenty-five thousand five hundred fifty-eight taka and thirty-three paisa).
