Family finds mentally unstable teenager thanks to Durgapur Police Station OC’s efforts

A mentally unstable teenager went missing while visiting a doctor in Rajshahi city. Later, after wandering around, he came to Durgapur, Rajshahi.
The missing mentally unstable teenager could not say anything except his own name. He was then taken into police custody with the help of locals and the efforts of the Durgapur Police Station OC.
OC Durul Hoda is seeking the cooperation of the relevant administration, including social media, to find the family of the mentally unstable teenager. Finally, the family was found. On Sunday (April 20) morning, OC Durul Hoda confirmed the identity of the teenager and handed him over to his mother.
The teenager’s name is Yusuf (18) and his mother’s name is Beauty Begum. They live in Kumarkhali area of Kushtia. It is reported that he received a phone call at around 11:30 pm last Saturday.
A cell phone call reported that a mentally unstable teenager was seen wandering around the area and people detained him. The mentally unstable man was immediately rescued and taken to Durgapur Police Station. He was taken to the police station after receiving primary treatment.
Based on the information provided by the mentally unstable young man, the police contacted various police stations in Kushtia district that night, sent photos, and began work to confirm his name and identity.
Later that night, his identity was confirmed by Kumarkhali Police Station in Kushtia. Police said that after contacting the relevant police station and posting his photo on social media, his family was able to locate him and hand him over.
