The first semi-final match of the Bandarban Football Players Association (BFPA) Gold Cup Football Tournament 2023 was held.The game started on Wednesday (May 31) at 4 pm. Md. Islam Company, founder member of Bandarban University was the chief guest in this game and enjoyed the game. Later he distributed prizes. Mongwai Ching, president of the Football Players Association presided over the event. On this occasion, Bandarban Government College Bangla department lecturer Md. Mahadi Hasan, district sports association member Aung chaw Mong Marma, Dilip Kumar Dey were present as special guests. Also, tournament management committee convener Rafiqul Alam Mamun, member secretary Monir Ahmed and others were present. On this day, in the first semi-final game of the tournament, Lohagara Youth Football XI defeated Madhya Para XI by 2-1 and confirmed the final. Later Chief Guest Md. Islam Company gave away prizes to the winners of man of the match and Raffle Draw.
