Union Bank Plc’s Maharajpur Sub-Branch, Chapainawabganj has been inaugurated with the assurance of providing Shariah-based modern technology-based banking services. This branch was inaugurated on the 2nd floor of Islam Hardware located at Maharajpur Hat of Chapainawabganj Sadar Upazila on Monday (January 5) at 11:30 am.

Managing Director and CEO A.B.M. Mokammel Haque Chowdhury inaugurated the Maharajpur sub-branch through video conference from the bank’s head office, Dhaka as the chief guest.

AVP and manager of Union Bank Chapainawabganj branch Golam Sarwar Jahan, in-charge of Maharajpur sub-branch Md. Soleman, junior officer of the bank’s head office Hasan Uz Zaman Basunia, retired bank officer Md. Tozammel Hossain Khan & her wife Mahmuda Khatun were present at the Maharajpur sub-branch.

Local dignitaries including Md. Dairul Islam, Alhaj Abdul Latif, Arif Hasan, Alamgir Biswas, Amirul Islam, Shah Alam, Shariful Islam, Yusuf Ali, Alauddin, Lokman Ali, Pravasi Rahim, were present among the local businessmen. A Dua mahfil (prayer congregation) was organized on this occasion.
