Expatriate and Foreign Welfare Minister Imran Ahmed said, there is no alternative to Sheikh Hasina for the development of Bangladesh. Because of Sheikh Hasina and Awami League, Bangladesh has been able to stand tall in the court of the world today

He said this in the speech of the chief guest at the joint staff meeting organized by Awami League and its affiliates of No. 6 Fatehpur Union of Goainghat Upazila on Friday (September 1) afternoon.

The minister said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is leading the country from Digital Bangladesh to Smart Bangladesh with the aim of building the golden bangla of the father of the nation Bangabandhu.

The minister called on the leaders and activists to strengthen the hand of the people’s leader Sheikh Hasina by voting again in the upcoming 12th national elections.

Under the chairmanship of Fatehpur Union Awami League President Nazrul Islam and under the direction of General Secretary Nazim Uddin, special guests spoke as one of the members of Sylhet District Awami League Advisory Board, Goainghat Upazila Parishad Chairman Farooq Ahmad, Goainghat Upazila Awami League President Md Aslam, Jaintapur Upazila Parishad Chairman Kamal Ahmad, Goainghat Upazila Awami League General Secretary (Acting) Ismail Ali, Vice President Nurul Islam, Joint Secretary Shamsul Alam, Subhash Chandra Pal Chana, Organizing Secretary Jamal Uddin, Farid Ahmad Shamim, Forest and Environment Affairs Secretary Aminur Rahman Chowdhury, Upazila Jubo League Convener Farooq Ahmad , Joint Convener Shahab Uddin, Upazila Volunteer League President Nazrul Islam
