Madhyamik School Certificate Examination (SSC), Dakhil and Technical Examinations started in peaceful environment in Srimangal.

The exam starts from 10 am on Sunday (April 30) and ends at 1 pm. SSC and equivalent exams are being held in 8 venues of total 5 centers in the upazila.

The examination centers are Srimangal Govt Girls High School, Victoria High School, Bhunbir Dashrath School and College, Manaiullah Adarsh High School (Technical), Srimangal Anwarul Uloom Fazil Madrasa. The venues are Udayan Girls High School, The Buds Residential School and College and Bhimshi Government Primary School. On the first day, Bengali first paper in general board, Bengali second paper in technical and Qur’an Majeed and Tajweed subjects were held under Madrasa board. Srimangal Upazila Secondary Education Officer Dilip Kumar Vardhan said that the total number of candidates for this year’s SSC and equivalent examination is 4 thousand 416. Among them, 3 thousand 580 new candidates. In Srimangal upazila, SSC examination is being held at 5 venues of three centers, one center in Dakhil and one center in technical.

3306 new examinees participated in the examination in 5 venues of three centers of the school, 247 in one center of Dakhil, 27 in one center of technical.
He also said that 28 candidates are absent on the first day of this year’s examination. Among them, 23 people from the school, 5 people are absent, but no one is absent in technical. Upazila Executive Officer Ali Rajib Mahmud Mithun said that special security measures have been taken in the examination centers so that the examinees can take the examination properly. Examinations are conducted in a fair, beautiful and plagiarism-free environment and peacefully in every center. Hope it ends peacefully without any untoward incident.
