Debut of Srimangal Press Club’s quarterly collection ‘Lekhan’

The traditional Srimangal Press Club’s quarterly literary anthology (January-March 2023) ‘Lekhn’ has made its debut at Srimangal, Moulvibazar. On this occasion, a casual program was organized at the press club.

Srimangal Press Club’s Quarterly Compilation ‘Lekhan’ was launched yesterday (March 30) at 10:30 PM in Srimangal Press Club’s MBA Belal and Gopal Dev conference hall. He gave his own directive speech by praising.
Srimangal Press Club Co-Editor (Literature and Publication) Biswajit Bhattacharya Bapan, among others spoke (in order of event) Co-Editor (Sports and Cultural) Mamun Ahmed, Ex-Vice President Kawshar Iqbal, Press Club Member Shahab Uddin Ahmed, Treasurer of the Press Club. Ehsanul Haque, Joint-General Secretary Syed Salauddin, Press Club Member, Journalist and Columnist Syed Amiruzzaman. Co-editor of the executive committee (office) M. Muslim Chowdhury, Member. Shakir Ahmed, Noor Mohammad Sagar, Sultan Mahmud Rakib, Press Club member Shamsul Islam Shamim, Mizanur Rahman Alam. MA Shukur was also present.

It is to be noted that the collection published under the editorship of Co-Editor (Literature and Publication) Biswajit Bhattacharya Bapan has featured the writings of many talented writers. Ahmad Siraj wrote the article titled ‘Journalist’s Eyes in Bangabandhu’s Prison’, Ranjan Kumar Singh wrote the article titled ‘Liberation War and Remembrance’, Vishwajyoti Chowdhury wrote the article on ‘Srimangal Genocide’, Jahirul Mithu wrote the ‘Story’ of Liberation War, ‘Freedom won at the cost of blood’. The article was written by Md. Ehsanul Haque, the article on ‘Freedom of Independent Bengal’ was written by Shahab Uddin Ahmad, the article on ’52 years of the great independence of 1971: Expectations and Achievements’ was written by Syed Amiruzzaman and the feature on ‘Unlisted Freedom Fighter Ataur in memory is written by Biswajit Bhattacharya Bapan’. . Akmal Hossain Nipu, Soumitra Dev, Abdul Hamid Mahbub, Syed Mosahid Ahmad Chunnu, Avinash Acharya, Chandankrishna Pal, Sajal Das and M. Muslim Chowdhury. Finally, the colored calendar containing the Sahri and Iftar schedule of the holy month of Ramzanul Mubarak 1444 Hijri, published by the Srimangal Press Club along with ‘Likhan’, was handed over to every member.
