On the occasion of National Education Week-2023, Dulal Mia, a well-known lecturer of Bengali Department of Jawa Bazar Degree College has been selected as the ‘Best Class Teacher’ at the college level in Sunamganj. National Education Week – 2023 Sunamganj District Celebration Committee for his educational qualifications, teaching experience, subject knowledge and dedication, creative question paper making skills, creative publishing, cooperative tendencies, character strength and integrity, sense of discipline, punctuality, digital content creation and use of multimedia, class teaching  He was selected as the best class teacher considering various factors including ability. He is the organizing secretary of Bangladesh College-University Teachers Association (BAKBISHIS) Sunamganj district, joint general secretary of SAARC Human Rights Foundation Sunamganj district, organizing secretary of voluntary social welfare organization ‘Amiyadhara’, office secretary of Haor Bachao Andolan Central Committee, intellectual member of the governing body of Islamganj Degree College. He is the second son of Abdul Matlib and Matwara Begum of Horipur village in Fatepur union of Biswambharpur upazila of Sunamganj district.  In personal life, he is the father of two sons.  His wife Reshma Akter is working as an assistant teacher in Lalargaon Government Primary School of Biswambharpur Upazila.
