A discussion meeting was held on the occasion of World Consumer Rights Day at Palashbari in Gaibandhar keeping this theme of safe energy consumer friendly world in front.

Palashbari upazila executive officer Kamruzzaman Nayan presided over the meeting held at Palashbari upazila town hall on Wednesday (March 15) at 11 o’clock. Upazila Parishad Chairman Alhaj AKM Mokched Chowdhury Bidut spoke as the chief guest, Mayor Golam Sarwar Pradhan Biplab, Vice Chairman Anwara Begum, Rafiqul Islam, Upazila Awami League General Secretary Touhidul Islam Mandal and other leaders of various social, cultural and professional organizations spoke as special guests.
