A motorcycle rider named Subed Alam died after being hit by a bus in Nabiganj. The accident took place at Phultali Bazar in Ghaznaipur Union on Friday (March 10) afternoon. Subed Alam is the son of Irfan Ullah of Lalapur village of Inatganj Union.

Locals said that Subed Alam left Inatganj to go to his relative’s house. At that time, when Phultali Bazar reached Namaksthan, a bus directly hit his motorcycle. Locals rescued him and took him to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

Confirming the truth of the incident, Sherpur Highway Police Station OC Parimal Dev said that the killer bus has been seized.
