Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said that there will be no change in the power of this country without elections. It will not be possible for those who want to come to power by other means by conspiracy. Because the people of this country also think that there is no other way except voting.

He said these things at the inauguration ceremony of ‘Hello Police Manikganj’ program at Manikganj Superintendent of Police office on Thursday afternoon.

Addressing the BNP, the Home Minister said that they are holding district meetings in every department and district. Now the people have started to block the roads again. We have said, you will do the program, not because of inconvenience to people. Do not do anything destructive including arson. If this happens, the police will enforce the law, it is natural.

He said that if exceptional service programs like Hello Police Manikganj are launched across the country, people’s confidence in the police will increase. Not as a minister, but I think people across the country would unanimously agree that the police are doing a good job. At this time, the minister spoke to some of the beneficiaries of Hello Police Manikganj.

Shatordh Kheru Mia, a beneficiary of the Hello Police, told the minister that her sons had thrown her out of the house. There was no refuge for the head. Later Superintendent of Police Mohammad Ghulam Azad Khan arranged for him to return home through Hello Police.

Later in the evening, the minister attended the liberation war victory rally at Manikganj as the chief guest. In the Freedom Fighters Rally, President of District Awami League and Chairman of Victory Mela Celebration Council President Golam Mohiuddin, Member of Parliament of Manikganj-1 Constituency AM Naimur Rahman Durjoy, MP of Manikganj-2 Constituency Mamtaz Begum, Dhaka Range DIG Syed Nurul Islam, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad spoke among others. Abdul Latif, Superintendent of Police Mohammad Ghulam Azad Khan and others.

At this time, Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said that freedom fighters have been given various facilities during the Awami League government. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina thinks about the freedom fighters.
