Accused arrested in Rajnagar murder case

An accused in the case of murder has been arrested in the operation of Rajnagar police station of Moulvibazar district.
On Thursday (September 1) under the general direction of Additional Superintendent of Police of Moulvibazar Sadar Circle Md. Ziaur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Rajnagar Police Station Binay Bhushan Roy led by Inspector (Investigation) Ratan Chandra Debnath and SI (retd) Md. Kamal Uddin raided Kalim of Moulbirchak village of the upazila. Ullah’s son arrested the number 1 accused in the murder case, Lechu Mia alias Leich Mia.
The accused in the murder case, Leich Miah, Rajnagar Police Station, Case No-1, Date-01/09/2022, Section-302/201/34 Penal Code, Accused No. 1.
Rajnagar police station officer-in-charge Binoy Bhushan Roy said that Leich Miah, the accused in the murder case, was handed over to the Moulvibazar district learned court. On the orders of Moulvibazar District Superintendent of Police Mohammad Zakaria, the police operation is continuing to arrest the other accused in this murder case. The rest of the accused will be arrested and brought under the law as soon as possible.
