I will take the ongoing movement further: Mirza Fakhrul

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said to take their ongoing movement further.
After paying floral tributes at the grave of BNP founder Ziaur Rahman in Sherebangla Nagar of the capital on Monday (November 7) morning, he said, “We are still fighting to get back the lost democracy of Bangladesh and Bangladesh and to sustain the economy. We are fighting for the release of our leader, country leader Khaleda Zia, the return of country hero Tariq Rahman, and the release of 3.5 million activists from the cases and a prosperous economy. I will take this fight further.
Mirza Fakhrul said, today we will bring back our sworn leader Mukti, Tariq Rahman. I will bring back the voting rights of the people of the country. I will establish a democratic Bangladesh.
On the occasion of ‘Revolution and Solidarity’ Day on November 7, the leaders and activists of BNP and its various organs and affiliated organizations paid tributes and offered prayers at the grave of Ziaur Rahman.
The Secretary General of BNP said that the martyred President Ziaur Rahman, who is the shaper of modern Bangladesh and the advocate of multi-party democracy, was returned to the independence of Bangladesh through the revolution of the soldiers on November 7, 1975. That is why this day is very significant for the people of the country.
He said, November 7 is not just a day. It was a day for the people of the country to consolidate independence-sovereignty after the war. On that day, the patriotic soldiers were inspired by the motto of protecting Bangladesh by defeating the enemies of Bangladesh. As a result, we have seen terrible one-party rule. Multiparty democracy has been established by changing it. A new economic trend was launched with the aim of building a modern Bangladesh. Free economy trend started. At the same time, Ziaur Rahman’s nationalist philosophy united the people of the country.
BNP standing committee member Dr. Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, Dr. Abdul Moin Khan, Nazrul Islam Khan, Mirza Abbas, Iqbal Hasan Mahmud Tuku, Amir Khusru Mahmud Chowdhury, Dhaka Metropolitan North Convener Aman Ullah Aman, Dhaka Metropolitan South Convener Md. Abdus Salam, Advisory Council Member Farhad Halim Donor, Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir. Central leaders including Rizvi, Joint Secretary General Khairul Kabir Khokon were present.
Later one by one Chhatra Dal, Jubo Dal, Swachchasevak Dal, Mahila Dal, Fishermen Dal, Jasas, Krishak Dal, Shramik Dal, Ulama Dal, Ziaur Rahman Foundation, UTAB, Doctors Association of Bangladesh (DAB) Mtab and various organs and affiliated organizations at the shrine of Ziaur Rahman. Tributes are offered with flowers.
Youth Party President Sultan Salauddin Tuku, General Secretary Abdul Monayem Munna, Shafiqul Islam Milton, Volunteer Party President SM Jilani, General Secretary Rajeev Ahsan, Organizing Secretary Nazmul Hasan, Central Leader Rafiqul Islam, Rafiq Howladar, Dr. Jahedul Kabir Zahid, Sardar Md. Nuruzzaman and others were present.
