An allegation of the death of a patient named Kamal Uddin Ahmad from Kalengar in Kamalganj was made in front of the emergency department of Moulvibazar 250 bedded General Hospital due to the fraud and negligence of the ambulance driver. Ambulance driver Khaled Miah and Sadiq Miah and others injured the victim’s son by beating and stabbing him when he protested.

The incident happened last Tuesday (October 25) around 11:30 am in front of the emergency department of the hospital.

According to the family of the deceased and Moulvibazar Model Police Station, the ambulance driver Khaled Mia and Sadiq Mia Moulvibazar 250-bed Sadar Hospital private ambulance driver and helper. Last Tuesday at 11 a.m. Md. Shipu Mia’s father from Kalenga area of ​​Kamalganj suddenly felt ill due to breathing difficulties and brought him to the 250-bed Sadar Hospital Moulvibazar for treatment. After being taken to the hospital, the doctor on duty advised to take him to Sylhet M.A.G., Osmani Medical College Hospital with oxygen for better treatment. At one point, before taking the patient to the ambulance, when Sadiq asked if there was oxygen in the ambulance, he said that there was oxygen. After the patient was picked up in the ambulance, breathing problems occurred. At this time, Sadiq Miya was asked to apply oxygen. Then Sadiq said that there was no oxygen in the ambulance. Later, the patient Kamal Uddin Ahmad died inside the car due to lack of oxygen. At one stage of the argument, 4-5 people including Sadiq Mia and Khaled Mia beat the son of Kamal Uddin Ahmed’s son Shipu Mia. At one point he was stabbed in the head. Locals rescued the son from the side of the dead father and treated him at the hospital.

Shipu Mia, the son of the deceased filed a complaint at Moulvibazar Model Police Station. After this incident there is panic among common patients and their relatives.
