At that time, about three hundred leaders and activists were injured by law and order forces. About 150 leaders and activists were injured in the firing by law and order forces during the march in Feni. Daganbhuana Upazila youth leader Abdur Rahim is undergoing treatment at Chittagong Medical College Hospital in a critical condition. About 200 leaders and activists were injured when law and order forces fired at BNP’s march in Khagrachari. The police arrested more than 50 activists at this time. Besides, Ziaur Rahman’s mural was vandalized by attacking the district BNP office.
According to the notification, the police fired and injured about 150 activists during the march program in Bogra. At this time, some students of Yakubia Girls High School are under treatment for injuries caused by police tear shells.
It is said that the police attacked and fired at Isha Khan Road in Rathkhola area of the city at 12:00 PM during the padayatra program in Kishoreganj. At that time, about one and a half hundred activists were injured in the firing by the police. Half a hundred BNP leaders were injured in the attack on the march in Joypurhat. Police attacked the march in Pirojpur and injured 20 to 25 activists. Barhatta Upazila BNP convener Mostak Ahmed, BNP leaders Ruhul Amin Shaheen and Abdul Jalil were attacked and injured on the way to BNP’s march in Netrokono. In addition, on the way back after the program, Rouha Union Youth Party convenor Shipon Mia was attacked.
