Students of Balishira Pahar block of Srimangal Duluchhara area of Moulvibazar have to climb many hills to go to school. Children between the ages of 5 and 11 have to go to school sometimes by jumping, sometimes by walking through the forest, and sometimes by crossing the mountain water path. Going to school every day is like winning a war. And because of the heavy rain, the students cannot go to school that day.
On the other hand, as the surface of the same road is broken, the beneficiaries also have to face difficulties in traveling to the Prime Minister’s shelter house. Such is the situation of the students of Pahar Block in Duluchhara area of Sadar Union of Srimangal Upazila. Not only the students but also the people of this village have to pass through this road to go to the city or their place of work. That fragile road is the only way to transport many crops including lemons, betel leaves and pineapples. 113 houses of Prime Minister’s Shelter Scheme II have recently been added to this. This is the only road for people living in this house. Their children should also be admitted to Doluchra Government Primary School.

A group of children can be seen going to school on that road in the pouring rain. There are three breaks in the road next to the shelter. One of them is connected by a piece of wood. Moni Akhter, a third class student, is standing in the face of that breakdown. Even if the boys climb that tree without a handle, Moni is not afraid. Later, Yashin, Ruhin and Hasibul again went to the other side and grabbed Moni and started crossing this broken bank with trees. At that time Masud Rana, a resident of that village, rushed to see the journalist. He said, what are you looking at this road, take a hard look at the situation ahead. At the request of Masud Rana, I also went to school with these tender children. After some time another such breakdown was seen. Even there villagers have made such alternative arrangements. After that, after passing through the narrow road for some time, you have to go down to Parari. After crossing the water of the stream, one has to cross about one and a half hundred yards and climb the Danga again. The footpath is also narrow in Danga. Next to it is Shashan of Dulchhara Tripura village. Both sides of this narrow path are covered with dense forest. Somewhere the road is not visible in the grass and weeds. I was very afraid to move forward on this road. Can’t see what’s below. In the meantime, Masud, who came behind, put two leeches on Mia’s legs. But it is through this road that small children go to school happily. I went with them to Doluchara Government Primary School. What is the joy in the hearts of the students when they reach the school after passing the difficult path.
Arjun Dutta, the head teacher of the school, spoke about this. He said that most of those who study in their school are students from hilly settlements. At present, the roads on three sides of the school are good, only the part of Duluchhara where there is a Muslim settlement (Pahar Block) has no roads, so it is very difficult for students to come to the school. He said that the presence of the school will increase if the road is on the west side.
Raheen Mia, a class 5 student of the school, said that they have to pass through this road every day. Clothes and books often get wet after falling.
Yashin of 3rd class said that after coming to school, he had to drive home on CNG after coming to school.
Masud Rana, a resident of the village, also said that it is necessary to repair and pave this road for the children of this hilly settlement to go to school. He said, children are now afraid to send to school. Just because of this road. Sometimes they spray grass killers on both sides of this road. But even after being dead for a while, it happens again.
In this regard, Shyamal Dash, the owner of the lemon garden, said that it is very difficult to send lemons and pineapples from his garden to the city due to the broken road. Now have to bear double cost. Because of this he is losing interest in lemon pineapple cultivation.

In this regard, Runa Begum, who got a sheltered house, said that her husband drives a rickshaw. If the road here is not good, then her husband will not be able to come to the house given by the Prime Minister with a rickshaw.
Salma Begum, who got the Prime Minister’s house, said the same thing. She said that our children have no way to go to school. The road to the Prime Minister’s gift house is broken.

In this regard, Srimangal Upazila Assistant Commissioner (ACland) Sandip Talukdar told CNBangladesh that 113 shelters have been provided here. This road has broken in some places during monsoon. This road will be made on priority basis. Its proposal has already been sent above. Here the road will be made by casting RCC with culverts.
