10 more people have died due to dengue fever in the last 24 hours in the country. With this, the number of people who died due to dengue this year stood at 426.

During this period, 1 thousand 984 people were newly admitted to the hospital due to dengue infection.

This information was informed in the dengue report of the Health Emergency Operation Center and Control Room of the Department of Health on Tuesday.

It is said in the circular that at present, a total of 9 thousand 117 dengue patients are under treatment in various public and private hospitals of the country. There are currently 4 thousand 10 dengue patients admitted in public and private hospitals of Dhaka and 5 thousand 107 dengue patients in various hospitals of other departments.

This year, 89 thousand 875 patients have been admitted to hospital and received treatment due to dengue. Among them, 44 thousand 396 people received treatment in Dhaka and 45 thousand 479 people outside Dhaka.
