Laying foundation stone for police outpost in Kulaura

The foundation stone for the construction of Tilagaon Police Outpost has been laid at Kulaura in Moulvibazar.
Moulvibazar District Superintendent of Police Mohammad Zakaria inaugurated the foundation stone for the construction of ‘Tilagaon Police Outpost’ in Tilagaon Union under Kulaura Police Station yesterday (May 25) at noon.
Additional Superintendent of Police of Kulaura Circle Dipankar Ghosh, Officer-in-Charge of Kulaura Police Station Abdus Chalek were also present at the foundation stone laying ceremony organized by Tilagaon Police Outpost and chaired by Tilagaon Union Parishad Chairman Abdul Malik. Local public representatives and others were also present in the ceremony.
Superintendent of Police Mohammad Zakaria said at the ceremony, the main purpose of setting up this outpost is to maintain law and order situation in the region away from the police station. People can get police services very quickly through this outpost.
It is to be noted that earlier on 23 February of last year, the District Superintendent of Police announced the construction of a temporary police outpost near the Tilagoon Union Parishad and Tilagoon Bazar. Police outpost is being constructed in Tilagaon area to implement his announcement.
