In Srimangal, Moulvibazar, the traditional Srimangal Press Club took charge of the newly-elected committee for the 2023/2024 elections.

On Friday (February 17) in the Srimangal Press Club Hallroom, President of the Press Club Biswajyoti Chowdhury presided over and General Secretary Imam Hossain Sohail took charge of the newly elected committee of the Press Club.

In the ceremony, outgoing finance editor Syed Chayed Ahmed handed over all accounts including income and expenditure of the organization to newly elected finance editor Md Ehsanul Haque. Senior vice-president of the newly elected committee Dipankao Bhatracharya Liton, vice-president Abul Fazal Abdul High Don, co-general secretary Syed Salauddin, co-editor (office) M. Muslim Chowdhury, sports and cultural secretary Md. Mamun Ahmed, were present at the ceremony.
