On Saturday 29th October under the direction of Feni Deputy Commissioner Mobile Court was conducted on the basis of secret information at Municipal Haider Clinic Pvt Ltd: Tarek Physiotherapy Centre, New Popular Diagnostic, Feni Clinic, NIS Diagnostic Centre. Upazila Health and Family Welfare Officer, Feni Sadar, SSR Masud Rana along with doctors of Upazila Health Complex were present. Haider Clinic Pvt Ltd: Tarek Physiotherapy Center, New Popular Diagnostic, Feni Clinic, NIS Diagnostic Center respectively one lakh fifty thousand taka, fifteen thousand taka, thirty thousand taka, seventy thousand taka, twenty thousand taka in total 5 cases 2, 85,000/- two lakh eighty five thousand was fined.

These fines have been levied for non-keeping of price lists, improper storage of blood and various test equipment/reagents and endangering the life of the service recipient in various clinics and diagnostic centres. Policemen of Feni Model Police Station assisted in running the mobile court. It is said that this operation will continue in public interest.
