The Upazila Executive Officer of Panchagarh district, Rabiul Islam, is providing public services to the people at their doorsteps. Immediately after assuming charge in Boda Upazila, the Upazila law and order situation improved. In the Upazila Law and Order meeting, he took the opinions of people of all parties and took measures to redress the list of criminals in the area and take remedial measures for them. He gave directions and suggestions to the BGB in the border area to suppress drug dealers and drug sellers in Boda Upazila.
He held a coordination counseling session with students and teachers of Boda Upazila and highlighted the harmful effects of drugs. He instructed the Boda Police Station Law Enforcement Force to crack down on drug dealers with strict hands. To speed up administrative work, the Boda Upazila Executive Officer urged all government, semi-government and private sector officials and employees to come to the office on time. He instructed the concerned authorities to ensure that no one leaves the office before time.

In various offices of Boda Upazila, he requested the service recipients to go directly to the head of the office to get services. So that no one would be harassed while getting services, he requested the service recipients to come directly to his office. Boda Upazila provided financial assistance to flood-affected families. He provided financial assistance to families affected by cyclones and families whose houses were burnt in fires, including dry food and corrugated tin.

When waterlogging occurred due to heavy rains, local farmers brought the matter to the attention of the Boda Upazila Executive Officer, and he immediately rushed to the spot to solve the problem and tried to solve the problem. The Upazila Children’s Park had been lying idle for a long time. He renovated the Children’s Park to reduce the mental stress of children and increase its beauty. He renovated various offices at the Upazila level and made them public-friendly.

Boda Upazila Service Recipient Md. He took steps to remove the waterlogging after seeing that the tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, brinjals, and potatoes of the farmers in the area were rotting.

When the water increased in the land planted by the farmers during the current Aman season, Upazila Executive Officer Rabiul Islam requested the State Minister for Water Resources, Alhaj Md. Farhad Hossain Azad, to visit the waterlogging area and solve the problem. Samad Ali of Barashshi Union said that I was facing a big problem with my family’s land and when I went to Upazila Nirbahi Officer Rabiul Islam about the matter, he solved the problem.

Abdul Hakim, headmaster of the independent Ebtedayi Madrasa in Madreya Fakirpara, said that the Boda Upazila Executive Officer recommends signing the renewal wage files of all our Ebtedayi Madrasas and sends them to the Madrasa Board.
We received the renewal approval without harassment. When the teachers’ monthly grant money arrives, he immediately signs the file. Teachers do not have to be harassed.

When I spoke to the Upazila Executive Officer, Rabiul Islam, he said that it is my responsibility to work for the beneficiaries of the upazila services.
