Opinion exchange meeting held at Netrakona Municipality

The opinion exchange meeting organized to review the progress of various ongoing and proposed development activities in the municipality, formulate future development plans and improve the quality of municipal services was attended by Professor Dr. Md. Anwarul Haque, Member of Parliament for Netrakona-2 (Sadar-Barhatta) constituency, as the chief guest. The opinion exchange meeting was presided over by Municipal Administrator and Additional Deputy Administrator ICT Munmun Jahan Liza.

Deputy Administrator Khandaker Mushfiqur Rahman, District Council Administrator Advocate Nuruzzaman Nuru, Police Superintendent Md. Tarikul Islam, former Vice President of the District Press Club, freedom fighter Haider Jahan Chowdhury, leaders of political, socio-cultural organizations and media workers were present at the time.

The meeting discussed important issues related to public interest, including development of the municipal area, citizen services, cleanliness, water and sewage.The commitment to build a modern, clean and citizen-friendly municipality by prioritizing the expectations and needs of the people was expressed.
