The CPSC unit of RAB-5, Rajshahi, has recovered 45 liters of locally made illicit liquor in an abandoned state from the Mohanpur Police Station area of Rajshahi district. In continuation of these efforts, acting on a tip-off at 3:45 PM on September 8, 2026, an elite operational team from RAB-5 CPSC conducted raids on the residences of Naresh, Ranjit, and Ripon in Baspukur village (Ward No. 9, Ghasigram Union, Mohanpur Police Station, Rajshahi). Upon sensing RAB’s presence, the accused fled the scene.

Subsequently, a total of 45 liters of locally made illicit liquor—contained in 180 bottles of 250 ml each—was recovered in an abandoned state from the kitchens of the respective residences of the fugitive accused.
