Journalists Accord Floral Reception to Rangpur Range DIG, Recipient of the BPM-Seba Medal

Speaking at the reception, the journalists remarked that receiving the BPM-Seba medal-in recognition of courage, heroic contributions, and commendable service within the Bangladesh Police-is a matter of pride for the Rangpur Range. Journalists working in Rangpur are delighted and proud of this achievement, it is a source of pride for the region. This achievement will serve as an inspiration and play a supportive role in efforts to maintain law and order and keep Rangpur free from crime.
DIG Mohammad Abdul Mabud said, “Receiving the BPM-Seba medal is a matter of great honor and pride for me. This recognition does not belong to me alone; it is linked to the sense of responsibility, hard work, and professional dedication of every member of the Bangladesh Police. I wish to continue working with the utmost sincerity for the safety and welfare of the people in the future. This affection and goodwill from the journalists will further encourage me.” He added that mutual cooperation between the police and the media is crucial for maintaining a stable law-and-order situation and ensuring the safety of the general public.
