World Vision Bangladesh’s Nilphamari Kishoreganj AP has provided Bakna calves to meet the financial needs of very poor families by breeding multiple cows from one Bakna calf to meet the financial needs of their families and become self-reliant.
On Wednesday afternoon in the organization of World Vision Bangladesh Kishoreganj AP, Bakna calves were distributed among 54 ultra-poor families in Rupali Keshaba Model Government Primary School grounds of the upazila.
Under the chairmanship of VDC president of Goda village of Kishoreganj Ilyas Hossain,present in the distribution of the cows upazila social service officer Zakir Hossain, former liberation war commander Freedom Fighter Habibur Rahman Habul, chairman of Kishoreganj Union Parishad Hossain Shaheed Sohrawardy Grenet Babu, World Vision Bangladesh Kishoreganj AP Manager Piking Chambugong,Program Officer Zefiraj Dolan Kubi, John Kennedy Crus, Sadar Union VDC President Enamul Haq and others.
