Grand Opening of Mother and Child Care Hospital in Ramgati

The ‘Mother and Child Care Private Hospital’ has been inaugurated near Alexander College Road at the headquarters of Ramgati Upazila, Lakshmipur. A *Milad* and prayer ceremony was organized on the afternoon of Friday, October 2nd, to mark the inauguration. Md. Shahidul Islam Sayed, Chairman of the Mother and Child Care Hospital, attended the event as the chief guest.
Other attendees included Director Akbar Hossain, as well as various political figures, businesspeople, journalists, and other dignitaries. In his address, the chief guest noted that government healthcare facilities for the people of Ramgati and Kamalnagar are quite inadequate. Furthermore, ordinary residents of this region often have to travel to Noakhali or the district town of Lakshmipur to seek medical treatment.
This situation not only entails significant financial expense but also causes patients to suffer due to the lack of timely medical care. From now on, reliable medical services will be easily accessible at the Mother and Child Care Hospital at an affordable cost.
