As part of the implementation of the Prime Minister’s election promise, a view exchange meeting on the data collection program through apps for farmer cards was held on July 22 at Maizbari, Khagdahar Union, Sadar Upazila, organized by the Department of Agricultural Extension.
In this meeting, held under the chairmanship of Mymensingh Deputy Commissioner Md. Saifur Rahman, initiatives were taken to bring the marginal farmers of the district under the benefits of the card and their information was collected properly to ensure that the farmers receive the card benefits.
Abu Wahab Akand Wahid, MP, Member of Parliament for Mymensingh Sadar-04 constituency, was the chief guest at the meeting. Md. Enamul Haque, Deputy Director, Department of Agricultural Extension, Khamarbari and various government and private organizations were present as special guests.
