BNP held a protest march & Awami League held a peace rally in Boalkhali

Nazrul Islam, Chattagram: The two major political organizations of the country, the ruling Awami League and the field conflict party BNP took out various union protest marches in Boalkhali on Saturday, February 11, on the occasion of union level programs across the country. However, the counter-program of the two parties ended peacefully in Boalkhali. On February 11, Saturday at 11 a.m., BNP organized a protest march in different unions of Boalkhali. The protest march was led by Abu Sufian and Mostak Khan, convenors of Chittagong South District BNP, in No. 4 Shakpura Union. In the morning, various unions including Kharandwip Union, Popadia Union, Sarwatli Union, Ahla Karoldenga Union, Charandwip Union, Kadhurkhil Union, East Gomdandi, West Gomdandi came out in leadership. Upazila Awami League president Nurul Amin Chowdhury president and general secretary Rezaul Karim Raja conducted a peace rally at the party office in the afternoon. District Awami League former information and research secretary Abdul Quader Sujan, Boyalkhali Upazila Awami League Vice President Rezal Karim Babul, Nurul Abshar, Shafiqul Alam, District Jubo League General Secretary Mayor Md Zahurul Islam Zahoor, Chairman SM Jasim Uddin, former GS Delwar were present. Leaders of various organizations including Hossain Hasan, Wasim Murad were present too. Law enforcement forces deployed police at various points in Boalkhali.
