Lutfur Rahman (Uzzal): Bandarban district administration has organized the annual sports competition and award distribution of government officer and Staff at the district level.This annual sports competition and prize distribution is held at Bandarban Stadium.

District Commissioner of Bandarban Yasmin Parvin Tibriji inaugurated the annual sports competition and award ceremony by flying balloons and doves as symbols of peace as the chief guest at Bandarban District Stadium on Tuesday (January 3) morning.The competition and prize distribution was conducted under the overall supervision By Additional Deputy Commissioner (Overall) Suraiya Akhtar Sweety.

Deputy Director of Local Government Department Lutfur Rahman,Additional District Magistrate Umme Kulsum,Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Shajia Afroz, Executive Magistrate Rajib Kumar Biswas, Nezarat Deputy Collector Sheikh Abdullah Al Mamun,Executive Magistrate Md.Sajjad Zahid Ratul,A.S.M.Shahnewaz Mehedi and other officials of the district administration were present.

On this day,Various event-based games such as running,high jump,dress up as you like,cock fight,satchara,Throw the ball,
Biscuit race,pillow competition are held on this day.At the end the prizes are distributed among the winners.Deputy Commissioner Yasmin Parvin Tibriji was present and distributed the awards.
