In Kamalganj of Moulvibazar (December 31) the fee shed built with the funding of Bangladesh Government and JICA was inaugurated by the Chairman of Kamalganj Upazila Parishad, Vir Muktijodha Alhaj Professor Rafiqur Rahman.
At that time Kamalganj upazila executive officer Sifat Uddin, Adampur UP chairman Abdal Hossain, upazila engineer Zahidul Islam, JICA representative Mujibur Rahman, local UP members Ruson Mia, Abdul Gafur, leaseholders and dignitaries were present.

Under the Upazila Management and Development Project (UGDP) of Local Government Department, the implementation of Adampur Bazar Fee Sed and Drain Construction Sub Project by Kamalganj Upazila Parishad.
This fee shed was constructed in the financial year 2021-22 at an allocated cost of Tk 12 lakh 28 thousand 32.
