Annual Closing Ceremony of Community Development Consortium (CDC) in Bandarban

Bandarban Correspondent: Annual closing of Community Development Consortium (CDC) in Bandarban and distribution of winter clothes to registered children.On Tuesday (December 20) noon organized by Community Development Consortium (CDC) of Bandarban in collaboration with Compassion International Bangladesh (CIB) at the Bandarban office of Mountain District Child Development Project this annual closing and distribution of winter clothes among registered children.

Bandarban Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Shajia Afroz was present as the chief guest in the event.During the event,Hill District Child Development Project President Paksim Bite,Executive Director German Sailuk,Project Manager Lalrin Sang Bom (Lalrin), Community Development Consortium (CDC) Chairman Peklian Bom,Program Coordinator James Vandir and CDC executive members were present.

The chief guest at the event,Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Shajia Afroz,while delivering the speech of the chief guest,Expressed satisfaction with the activities of “Mountain District Child Development Project” in Bandarban,Conducted in partnership with Compassion International Bangladesh.She said,working with children is a joy and if children’s education and health can be worked properly,then the next generation will be able to show their skills better and the country will move forward.

In the closing phase of the program, one blanket was distributed to each of the 300 registered children of the Community Development Consortium (CDC) of Bandarban Hill District Child Development Project as a gift of winter clothing.Also,On the occasion of December 16,The guests distributed prizes to the winners who participated in various competitions.
