Fire Service and Civil Defense Week was celebrated in Itna Upazila of Nyaya district in front of the theme of Bangabandhu’s Sonar Bangla Gari. At the beginning of the day, Etna Upazila Parishad Chairman Chowdhury Kamrul Hasan and Itna Upazila Executive Officer Nafisa Akhtar hoisted the flag of National and Fire Service Civil Defense on the ground of Fire Service Office of Itna Upazila on the occasion of Fire Service and Civil Defense Week. Later received salutes and greetings from the members of the fire service and after visiting the parade the members met for a discussion meeting.

The meeting was attended by various members of the Fire Service along with the station officer in charge of the fire service Mushfiqur Rahman, dignitaries of the local journalist area and various officials and employees of the upazila. The program of the day was concluded after discussing various aspects on the occasion of fire service and civil defense week in the meeting.
