A huge science fair with 78 projects at Saint Martha’s in Moulvibazar

A science fair was held at Srimangal Saint Martha’s School in Moulvibazar with 78 projects on information technology and innovation.

The information technology and science fair organized by Saint Martha’s School was inaugurated on Saturday (August 26) by Bishop Sarat Francis Gomez of Sylhet Province of Christian Missionaries. At that time, head teacher Sister Rikta Gomez, assistant head teacher Sangeeta Gomez, president of Rotary Club of Srimangal Humayun Kabir Ripon and general secretary of Srimangal Upazila Press Club Bikul Chakraborty along with assistant teachers and parents of the school were present.
78 projects including Model City, Janjat Nirasane Hydraulic Trek, Water Purify, Modern Village, Water Save Sensor, Save Clean Water from Dirty Water, Energy Saving Projects were exhibited at the Science Fair. To see which thousands of students and parents gathered in the school premises from morning.
School student Sajib Das, the team leader of the Water Furypine project at the science fair, said that the world is very close to fighting for purified water. They have presented here a project on how to get clean and drinkable water from dirty water so that water can be purified easily from this problem.
State Light Project team leader Maisha Akhter said, people want to live in cities. But if that village has facilities like the city, then the pressure of people towards the city will reduce. So they demonstrated the project of installing state lights in villages in a simple manner.
Mithilesh Dev, the team leader of the hydraulic trek project to relieve traffic congestion, said that they have made a hydraulic trek using air without electricity or fuel to relieve traffic congestion in the busy city.
