Netrakona representative/

The Zilla Parishad election ended with a joyous festival in Netrakona. In this, 3 candidates for the post of chairman, 34 for the post of member, 14 for the reserved seat for women participated in the election. Voting ended in 10 centers and 20 rooms with 10 upazilas and 5 municipalities, the number of voters was 1211, voters cast their votes in their respective upazilas.

Virmuktijoddha Asit Sarkar Sajal was elected as the Zilla Parishad Chairman. In reserved seat, female member (1) Shahnaz Parveen won from reserved ward with deer mark, (2) Shilpi Akhter Sheela won from reserved ward with deer mark, (3) Parida Yasmin won from ball mark from no.

The election ends between 9 am and 4 pm.
