Active School Chess Camp organized by Bangladesh Chess Federation has concluded in Moulvibazar.

Member of Parliament for Moulvibazar-3 Constituency Neshar Ahmad was present as the chief guest at the closing and prize distribution ceremony of the chess camp organized at Moulvibazar Sheikh Russell Indoor Stadium yesterday Thursday (August 25) at 5 pm.

Superintendent of Police Mohammad Zakaria presided over the ceremony as special guest, District Sports Association Vice President Md Ajmal Hossain.

Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime & Ops) Sudarshan Kumar Roy presided over the function. 250 students from 50 schools of the district participated in this competition organized by Bangladesh Chess Federation. In the closing ceremony, The Bird’s Residential Model School of Srimangal was the first runner up and Moulvibazar Government High School was the second runner up team of Srimangal Victoria High School. At the closing ceremony, the guests present the trophy to the winning team and the runner-up team.
