The Coast Guard has arrested 14 robbers with firearms from Hatia in Noakhali. During this time, 6 knives, 6 machetes, 1 single-barreled gun, and 2 LGs were recovered from them.
They were handed over to Hatia Police Station early Monday (November 25). Earlier, they were arrested from Char Ghasia area of ​​Harani Union of the upazila around 3 am on Sunday.
The arrested are Biplob Chandra Das (46), Shimul Chandra Das (22), Mitan Chandra Das (21), Yubaraj Chandra Das (28), Bhibesh Majumdar (38), Md Abdullah (26), Riaz Uddin (22), Md Nizam Uddin (60), Ranjit Chandra Das (43), Md Mamun (28), Rajib Chandra Das (27), Md Emran (40), Md Kashem (53) and Md Riaz (24).
