In Srimangal of Moulvibazar, a python snake entered the people’s house after coming to the locality in search of food. Later the snake was rescued by Srimangalasth Bangladesh Wildlife Service Foundation and handed over to the Forest Department.

Swapan Deb Sajal, Director of Wildlife Service Foundation, rescued the snake from Ahmed Ali’s house in the north Kharyura area of ​​Moulvibazar road in Srimangal suburb yesterday (October 2) around 6:30 pm. Sajal Dev said that a python snake entered the living room of a person named Ahmed Ali. Seeing the snake, the people of the house got scared and panicked. Later the owner of the house Ahmad Ali informed the local UP member Maruf Miah about the snake entering his house. The UP member informed the Wildlife Service Foundation to rescue the snake, instructing that no one should kill the snake. After receiving the news, the Wildlife Service Foundation quickly rescued the snake from Ahmed Ali’s house. Wildlife Service Foundation later handed over the rescued python to the forest department around 8 pm. Swapan Dev Sajal, Director of Wildlife Service Foundation, said that the rescued python was 9 and a half feet long and weighed about 13 kg. He also said that due to the shortage of food in the forest, animals often come to the locality in search of food and are caught by humans. Sometimes animals of different species are dying under the control of unaware people.
