A terrorist attack happened on the defendant after getting bail from Moulvibazar District Judge Court. Such a terrorist incident has created a stir in the court district. The police have arrested two people for their involvement in the incident.

It is known that last Thursday (September 5) Moulvibazar District Judge Court 3rd Judge went to the court of the deceased Keramat Ali of Upazila Lamua village and office assistant computer operator of Kakiabazar High School Mansoor Ahmad. He was on temporary bail by His Highness High Court in a case filed by Nazrul Islam, son of Chad Mia of the same village at Srimangal police station. On that day he went to the Judge Addal to get permanent bail. After hearing the case, the court granted permanent bail to the defendant Mansoor Ahmad. As soon as he got bail, 10/12 terrorists led by Mahuri Mastri Mia, son of deceased Rahim Ullah of the same village coming from the east attacked Mansoor. He received fatal injuries in his eyes, face and different parts of his body. On hearing his screams, the on-duty police and lawyers came running from the court and rescued him, and during the fight, the police arrested Mastari Mia’s son Ashraful Alam Lincoln and Faisal Mia, son of deceased Abdur Rauf of Barhal village of Amoil Union of Moulvibazar Sadar Upazila. . The rest managed to escape. Mansoor’s lawyer was also injured. This created fear in the court neighborhood. Later, when the court informed Moulvibazar Sadar Police Station, the police arrested the accused and sent them to jail through the court. Judges, lawyers and other litigants expressed anger over such a terrorist attack on a holy place like the court. In this incident Mansoor Miah became the plaintiff and filed a case against the two arrested accused, Mastri Miah, Faisal and Nazrul Islam.
Mansoor Mia said that the accused mentioned to him were demanding contribution in different ways. So far they have filed four false cases against him as they could not pay the money they wanted. When he got bail from the High Court and Judge Court in this case, they got angry and attacked him.
In this regard, Moulvibazar Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge Harunur Rashid confirmed the truth of the incident and said that a case has been filed against the accused under the Speedy Trial Act. He also said that the court inspector can tell the details.
When contacted Court Inspector Mohammad Yunus, he said that when the accused attacked the court area, we were able to arrest two of them by taking immediate action. He said that a case has been filed in Moulvibazar Model Police Station in this regard.

When Mastari tried to contact Mia in this regard, her mobile number was found to be closed.
