Bangladesh’s Asia Cup mission started a few days ago, Bangladesh tigers will be the first enter to  the field tomorrow. The Asia Cup mission begins with a match against the Lankan Lions at the Kandy Stadium in Sri Lanka.

In the past few years, the Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka cricket match is like a new rocket of excitement. Be it T20 or ODI. As Tanjid, Shakib, and Shamim have the opportunity to make themselves known on the world stage, on the other hand, Shakib, Mushfiq, Taskin and Fiz have an elusive trophy on the world stage.Under nineteen consecutive World Cup winners Tanjid is certain to make his debut against Sri Lanka, while Shamim can field against the Lankans due to his aggressive fielding and brilliant batting. Meanwhile, another young pacer Shakib was called up to the Asia Cup squad due to Ibadat’s injury at the last minute.

The Tiger captain is very confident about the team made up of young and experienced. Before leaving the country, he said that Bangladesh’s favorite format is ODI, Bangladesh has been doing well in this format for a long time. It is possible to become a champion if everyone plays according to their ability. Despite not winning the Asia Cup trophy, the success of the Tigers is not bad. Before leaving the country, Taskin said, ‘Our main goal is to play the final of the Asia Cup. Teamwork is the greatest achievement.Bangladesh has played the final three times in the Asia Cup including ODI and T20.

Bangladesh has been participating continuously since 1986 in the ODI edition of Asia Cup cricket tournament. But Bangladesh never won the troffe at this biggest tournament of asia,  Bangladesh played 43 matches, lost 36 and won only seven.
