Inauguration of Boxing Talent Hunt Camp in Chapainawabganj

Sheikh Russell Boxing Talent Hunt Camp-2023 has started in Chapainawabganj. Superintendent of Police Md. Saidul Hasan inaugurated the camp as the chief guest on Sunday afternoon.
At this time, he said to the parents, don’t give mobile phones to children and teenagers, keep an eye on them, so that they don’t get wasted, so that they don’t touch drugs. Apart from sports, make sure that their studies are done properly. He wished the future success of Chapainawabganj Boxing Academy and said – I knew that Chapainawabganj is the capital of mangoes. But when I came here, I saw that this district is very advanced in the field of sports. I believe, these children of ours will one day play in the Olympics and win gold. At this time, he announced sponsorship to advance the sports arena.
General Secretary of District Sports Association Mostafizur Rahman Mukul spoke at the opening ceremony among others – District Boxing Academy Vice-President Rafiqul Islam and Principal Atiqul Islam, District Jasdar General Secretary Moniruzzaman Monir, District Women’s Association Chairman Advocate Yasmin Sultana Ruma. General Secretary of District Boxing Academy Raju Ahmed presided over the program. Additional Superintendent of Police Roknuzzaman Sarkar, District Intelligence Branch OC Bablu Sardar along with Boxing Academy trainers and trainees were present.
This camp has been organized for 10 days with the aim of making boxers at the grassroots by the initiative of Bangladesh Amateur Boxing Federation. This camp is managed by District Boxing Academy and District Sports Association. Children and teenagers are participating in this camp.
