On the occasion of Mujib centenary, a joint meeting was held with the stakeholders with the aim of 100% rehabilitation of landless and homeless (A-class) families of Kamalganj upazila of Moulvibazar under Ashrayan Project-2.

The chief guest of the joint meeting held at the Upazila Parishad Auditorium today Tuesday at 2 pm was the Chairman of the Estimated Accounts Committee, the former Chief Whip Deputy Principal Dr. Md. Abdus Shahid MP.

It is known that “not a single person of Bangladesh will remain homeless” to implement this directive of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the program of providing houses with 2 hundredths of land to all landless (A-class) families in the country is ongoing.

In Kamalganj upazila, 85 houses have been completed in 1st stage, 330 in 2nd stage, 50 in 3rd stage and 283 out of 336 allotted houses in 4th stage have been completed, 53 are in progress.
