A school student named Rihad Mia (6) drowned in water in Dhal village of Habiganj Sadar Upazila. He is the son of Kawsar Mia of that village. Yesterday Monday afternoon while playing in the yard of the house accidentally fell into the pond next to the house.

Later he was rescued and taken to Sadar Hospital where the doctor declared him dead.
