A one-year-old child named Raisa Akhtar drowned in Nandanpur village of Bahubal upazila. She is the daughter of Rubel Mia. He fell into the water while playing in the yard next to the house on Friday afternoon. After searching for a long time, the doctor found the body floating in the pond and brought him to the hospital, where the doctor declared him dead.
