Staff Repoprter: A special procession and prayers were held for the repose of the soul of Queen Elizabeth II of Britain at Kumarkhali in Kushtia.

This prayer was organized by Bangladesh Christian Association Kushtia District Branch at Children of Light Church on Sunday afternoon.

A short discussion session was held after the prayer. In the meeting Assistant Commissioner (Land) Kumarkhali.Md. Shahidul Islam, Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council President Sudhanshu Kumar Ghosh, Pastor Antony Lutfar Rahman, Publicity Secretary of Bangladesh Christian Association Kushtia Branch, Sports Affairs Editor Michael M. Rahman, Education Secretary Abdur Razzak, Cultural Affairs Secretary Imran, Members Anisur Rahman, Atiyar Rahman and others were present.
