As part of its regular activities, the District Police Lines organized a monthly welfare meeting for the welfare of officers and forces of all ranks.
The monthly welfare meeting organized at the Police Lines Multipurpose Shed at 09:00 AM today (02 March 2026) Monday was presided over by the district’s ablest Superintendent of Police Md. Tariqul Islam.
The welfare meeting began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and readings from other holy scriptures.
Hafizul Islam, Additional Superintendent of Police (DSB) Swajal Kumar Sarkar, Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle), Sabbir Hasan Additional Superintendent of Police (Barhatta Circle), Sahidur Rahman, Additional Superintendent of Police (Khaliajuri Circle), Faiyaz Sarjil Assistant Superintendent of Police (Trainee), Netrokona Sadar Model Police Station OC Md. Al Mamun Sarkar, along with police members and civil staff from all outposts, investigation centers, traffic, courts and police stations of the district were also present.
Superintendent of Police Md. Tariqul Islam said that in order to achieve various welfare of all members working in the district police, he listened to the problems of officers and forces of all ranks and gave immediate decisions and necessary directions to the concerned to solve those problems. And the opinions of all the police members present were taken regarding the uniform.
