06 (six) candidates have collected and submitted nomination papers for the (six) posts of the Management Committee of Sadar Upazila Dear Teachers and Employees Cooperative Credit Union Ltd.

As there are no more than one candidate for any post, there is no need to take a vote. According to the election schedule, 20-02-2026. Friday evening, the decision to publish the following list of candidates elected unopposed was taken and approved in accordance with the decision of the election committee meeting held at the Barabazar Shalthi Convention Hall Room in the district town.

Election results: Safayat Ahmed was elected as chairman unopposed, Md. Manjurul Haque was elected as vice-chairman, Md. Tofazzal Hossain Khan was elected as secretary, three people were elected as directors: Omar Faruk, Director Md. Zubayed Hossain Khan, Director Mahbub ul-Islam, all were elected unopposed.

Present at the time were the President of the Sadar Upazila Election Committee and Upazila Cooperative Officer of the Teachers and Employees Cooperative Credit Union Ltd. Anwar Hossain, member Md. Ashraful Islam, headmaster of Deutukone Bazar High School, member Md. Sirajumman Khan, headmaster of Satpai Barshikura High School.

In addition, Golam Mustafa, headmaster of Rajur Bazar Collegiate School, and Md. Tofail Ahmed, manager of District Kalb, along with teachers and employees of the district upazila were present.

The winning teacher leaders expressed their gratitude and thanks to all the management committee of Sadar Upazila Dear Teachers and Employees Cooperative Credit Union Ltd. They said that they will perform their duties honestly according to the rules of the organization for the welfare of the teachers and sought everyone’s cooperation. At the end, prayers were offered for the welfare of everyone at the Iftar Mahfil.
