With the aim of providing quality healthcare at the grassroots level and organized by the Pir Pukur conscious civic society, free medical services have been provided to more than 600 helpless people in Saidpur, Nilphamari.

This free medical service was provided throughout the day on Thursday (January 22) in the field of Dangi Government Primary School in Khatamdhupur Union of the upazila.

The medical camp provided primary medical services for various diseases including blood grouping and RH typing tests, blood sugar tests, blood pressure measurement, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, temperature measurement, BMI, polyps.
Rural doctors Ripon Islam, Sohag Islam, Harun R Rashid, Shahriar Shahin, Mobashver Khan are providing medical services at the camp. Al Amin Islam and Sakibuzzaman Saikat assisted during this time.

The overall supervision and management of the free medical service was carried out by rural doctor Golam Rabbani (Ratan) and management was carried out by Riyad Hossain Sujan.
