IU students hold protest march demanding justice for Hadi murder
The students of Islamic University launched a protest march on campus on Friday, demanding justice for the murder of Sharif Osman Hadi.
Following Friday prayers, protesters began the march from the Islamic University’s central mosque, then marched across the campus and later gathered in front of the university’s main gate, chanting slogans.
The speakers at the rally said, “Today, 35 days have passed since the assassination of martyr Osman Hadi, but a dark force has failed to bring justice for him. Why the murderers have not been arrested and whether there is fear of any powerful force.
They additionally said that the interim government immediately arrest the murderers of Hadi and play a role in building a new Bangladesh. Not only the shooter Faisal, but all the order-givers and planners of this murder must be brought to justice.
