SAFEN – Bangladesh Samachar – 2025 Gunijan Honorary Award was received by Md. Ehsanul Haque, Executive Engineer of Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) Gopalganj.

He has been awarded this Gunijan Honorary (Crest) for his significant contribution to various development works implemented by the Gopalganj Local Government Engineering Department and for his honesty.

The honorary crest was handed over to the Executive Engineer of Gopalganj LGED by Dr. Khan Asaduzzaman, Editor and Publisher of one of the country’s leading local national daily Bangladesh Samachar and The Bangladesh Diary.

Gopalganj LGED Senior Assistant Engineer Md. Mahmud Hasan and other officials and employees were present at the time.

It is worth noting that Gopalganj Executive Engineer Md. Ehsanul Haque had earlier received the Shuddhakhar Award in 2021 for his effective role in supervising and implementing various developmental works in a timely manner, which was recognized by the Ministry of Local Government.

In addition, in 2022, the then Gopalganj Deputy Commissioner and President of the District Development Coordination Committee, Shahida Sultana, presented him with a special award (crest) for his effective role in supervising and implementing various developmental works in the district.
